CMSNE is hosting our annual Maine conference, Steering Your Case Management Practice Toward Success. This in person event will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 in Portland, ME.
Steering Your Case Management Practice Toward Success will provide healthcare and case management professionals with practical professional and personal tools, which are designed to help navigate today’s rapidly changing environment.
The program will support the evolving role of case managers with emerging content updates including Dementia care in the home, the current vaccine landscape, regulatory updates in Utilization Review, collaboration on innovation strategies supporting healthcare, and a critical closing session on Case Manager wellness.
Participants will leave with actionable strategies to remain resilient, collaborative, and effective within today’s healthcare system.
Overall Conference Objectives:
Upon completion of this conference the attendees will be able to:
• Describe the benefits of the GUIDE model of managing dementia patients in the home.
• Discuss the national, local and ethical impact of changes to mandatory vaccine schedules through both patient and public health lenses.
