Meeting at 9.15am for a 9.30am start at Stedham Memorial Hall we will explore the beautiful countryside scenery around Stedham, Iping and Chithurst. The route takes in a mix of sights and terrains as we make our way around. This includes winding through farm fields and woodlands, such as Upper Reynolds Wood, Hammer Wood, and Stedham Hanger, as well as passing St Mary's Churches in Chithurst and Iping.
Take care on the rougher parts of this trail, especially if it has been raining and it could be overgrown in some places. Appropriate footwear and long trousers are advised. Care is also needed along the road sections, which may be narrow and fast-flowing. Please be aware of any livestock that may be along the field paths.
Dogs on leads are welcome, £1 donation per walk and no facilities on route on this one so maybe worth bringing a flask and some nibbles.
Note no designated car parks but spaces should be found around the village.
