Our first steaming day of the year. Come and find out what the volunteers have been busy doing over the winter, to prepare the engines for the new steaming season. Today our Cornish boiler will be working, to provide steam to our Roberts and Smith and Eastwood engines, which will run alternately throughout the afternoon.
While you are here, why not support the work of our volunteers by putting a donation in one of our boxes, buying our unique souvenirs from our shop, or if you prefer, how about a lovely piece of cake and a drink in our cafe?
All monies goes towards the cost of running the engines and maintaining the buildings and site.
