What happens when you mix a little bit of science with a whole lot of imagination? Find out at The C.W. Shipley STEAM Family Night is scheduled for January 23, 6-8. Our STEAM Night aims to inspire the next generation of innovators. STEAM education is such a powerful way to bridge the gap between "learning" and "doing." By blending the Arts with STEM, we encourage students to think critically and creatively. Families will rotate through "activity stations" where they can explore new ideas.
Come join your student as we dive into hands-on challenges that bring the classroom to life. To help inspire your students, we’ve categorized a few activities based on different grade levels (K-2 and 3-5).
This is not a drop off event!

Admission is Free and No RSVP required—just bring your curiosity!
Volunteer Opportunities:
The C.W. Shipley SEA is looking for Parent and community VOLUNTEERS for the STEAM Family Night January 23, 6-8. We are looking for people/organizations(boy scouts, community groups, etc.) to set-up, present a STEAM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) activity either provided by you or by the SEA.
