Hailing from Liverpool, UK, Stealing Sheep are a trio of Becky, Emily and Lucy - friends and bandmates of 15 years who have fearlessly carved out their own brand of pop championed through fan art and deep cut devotion. Drawing inspiration from everything ranging from online Therian and cosplay communities to multidisciplinary art of Jeremy Deller, KLF and Tracey Emin, Stealing Sheep presents a kaleidoscopic sonic manifesto that is addictive with its oddball pop and explosive aesthetics. Their self-described ‘visual pop’ might not have topped the charts, but it’s fuelled a dedicated cult following.
