Traci Graf, as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, uses her extensive “end of life” training as a Transplant Coordinator as well as her stellar teaching skills learned from working in multiple specialties to help Seniors achieve the highest quality of life possible. Traci will speak about the importance of "Staying Well" and offers a plethora of ideas and avenues to follow to do just.
