Join us at The Hub for our Golden Dragon Medical Qigong Series! This 6-week journey, starting on September 12th and running through October 17th, offers a unique blend of Qigong exercises, meditations, and food healing advice designed to enhance your overall well-being. Classes are held every Thursday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
Whether you're new to Qigong or looking to deepen your practice, this series is for you. Individual classes are available for $30 each, or you can enjoy the full series at a discounted rate of $165.
