About this Event

Welcome to "Staying On-side: Mental Health & The Role of Sport"!

Come join City in the Community on Fri, May 17, 2024 at Manchester City Football Club for its first Mental Health conference.

The Mental Health & The Role of Sport conference brings together a range of experts and elite sports people to discuss the relationship between sport and Mental Health.

This 3-hour event will consist of expert panels and keynote speakers, with the intent of provoking thought whilst also encouraging conversations around a widely stigmatised subject.

This blended approach to mental health conversations will also give City in the Community a unique opportunity to showcase our own work within the space, further enhancing what is sure to be an insightful and engaging morning.
