Join us on International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day for a community hike in Cameron Park focused on suicide awareness, mental well-being, and connection.
Participants can choose an accessible walk or a more challenging hike, all while sharing one message: no one has to face a difficult journey alone. Whether you have been personally affected by suicide, want to honor someone you've lost, or simply want to support your community, you are welcome to join us.
Community resources will focus on prevention, crisis support, treatment, recovery, and survivor care, and will help attendees find support.
Please register for the event at the link above.
Remember, you don't have to walk alone!
