What to Expect:

Join us for a meaningful and energizing 5K dedicated to mental health awareness, community connection, and reminding people that they matter. Whether you run, walk, or simply come to support, this event is about showing up...for yourself and for others.

The course will take place in a scenic park setting, making it perfect for all fitness levels. This is not a timed or competitive race, our focus is on creating a supportive, uplifting environment.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable walking/running shoes
• Water bottle (hydration is encouraged!)
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Friends, family, or anyone who could use a reminder that they matter

Venue Information:

This event will be held outdoors at Olander Park in Sylvania. Specific parking instructions and course maps will be provided closer to the event date.

Accessibility:

We aim to make this event as inclusive as possible. The course will be stroller-friendly and accessible for most participants. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate.

Important Notes:

• Please arrive between 9:00am-10:00am for check-in, the walk/run begins at 10:30am
