Station South Ride to the Velodrome!

Our ride will aim to get there ahead of the Intro to Velo events.

ADVANCED TRACK SESSION

This session is for Stage 2+ riders who are already confident riding the track and is designed to develop skills and overall fitness. 

Time: 12:00 – 13:00 

VELO SOLO, TANDEM AND TRIKE SESSION

This session is designed to welcome disabled women and girls into an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment to discover - or rediscover - the joy of cycling.

Time: 13:00 – 14:00

INTRO TO VELO SESSIONS

Time: 14:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 17:00

INTRO TO BMX SESSIONS 

Time: 15:00 - 16:00, 16:00 - 17:00, 17:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 19:00

There will also be badminton, netball, WattBike sessions and all sorts of great buzz and freebies throughout the day : it's not one to be missed!

Meet : Station South benches at 12.50pm

Depart: We'll leave prompty at 1pm

Route : 100% off road, riders must be comfortable cycling in proximity to water.

Distance : 7km one-way trip [note, there will be no led ride returning to Station HQ]
