Program Topic: Policy, Law & Public Impact: Shaping Decisions in a Complex World

Join Dean Courtney Anderson of Georgia State's College of Law, Dean Thomas J. Vicino of the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, former Chief Justice of the Georgia Supreme Court and Special Advisor to the Dean, Harold Melton, and distinguished Andrew Young School faculty for an engaging discussion on the intersection of law, public policy, governance, and leadership.

Bringing together perspectives from Georgia State's College of Law and Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, this interdisciplinary conversation will explore how legal frameworks, judicial perspectives, public policy, and institutional decision-making shape outcomes for communities, organizations, and society. Panelists will examine some of today's most pressing challenges and opportunities while highlighting the role of scholarship, research, civic engagement, and public service in addressing complex issues.

Designed for our Washington, D.C. audience, this timely discussion will offer insights into how leaders across government, the legal profession, higher education, and the nonprofit and private sectors navigate complexity, influence policy, and create meaningful public impact.
