Speaker: Rachael Bice, CEO of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust

Rachael Bice, CEO, and Sharne McMillian, Head of Nature Recovery, from the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust will discuss the recently released and how it can inform nature recovery work, and strategy, here in North Leeds. Network with fellow nature enthusiasts and members of organisations doing work to look after our precious local habitats. Uncover shared priorities and leave with ideas for a joined up nature recovery strategy for our local area and some concrete next steps. This is a great event for experienced nature experts and volunteers AND people who have an interest but have never taken action.
Speak to people during the networking portion from a range of local nature organisations including several Horsforth and Alwoodley Friends of Groups, Alwoodley Nature Friendly Gardens Club, Horsforth Climate Action, Horsforth Climate Action Nature Group, Alwoodley Orchardists, Alwoodley Incredible Edible, Hyde Park Source, Yorkshire Rewilding Network, Alwoodley Parish Council and more.
