Mayor Denny Magruder will deliver the 16th annual State of the City address at noon, Tuesday, Feb. 10, at Wheeling Park’s White Palace, 1801 National Road. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 6 and are available through Etix at https://www.etix.com/ticket/p/98295462/state-of-the-city-2026-wheeling-city-of-wheeling or in person at the WesBanco Arena Box Office, 2–14th Street, Wheeling.
Tickets will be on sale through Friday, Feb. 6. TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR THE DAY OF THE EVENT. The $15 admission includes lunch.
For those unable to attend the event, the address will also be live-streamed on the City of Wheeling’s YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@CityofWheelingWestVirginia) and Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/WheelingWV).
