State of Readiness Masterclass and Workshop

Organizations talk about being disruptive – or being disrupted – and that they have to become more innovative to compete in the modern “real-time” marketplace. But few understand that being prepared, proceeding in a state of readiness, is critical to success – and that there is great peril potentially awaiting otherwise. Students will learn from international speaker, entrepreneur, and workshop host Joseph F. Paris, Jr., about the challenges facing organizations today and the approaches necessary to be successful. All attendees will receive a copy of Paris’ book, “State of Readiness: Operational Excellence as Precursor to becoming the High-Performance Organization.” Plus-ones or small groups are welcome (seating is subject to availability).
