State Fair of Texas - Opening Weekend Walk & Group Visit

We invite you to join us for our third annual visit to the State Fair of Texas.

For now this a "save the date" type announcement and we'll have more details including meeting point, intinerary, ticket info, etc. when we get closer to the event date.

Please note that your RSVP is for our walk only, you will still need to purchase an admission ticket from the State Fair of Texas.

The State Fair of Texas is one of our biggest annual events - and the “most Texan place on earth”. The State Fair of Texas celebrates all things Texan by promoting agriculture, education, and community involvement through quality entertainment in a family-friendly environment. Let's go see "Big Tex" and friends in person. We can take a leisurely group walk through the grounds and get some steps in while exploring the sites and sounds. All are welcome to attend.

The State Fair of Texas is an annual state fair held in Dallas at historic Fair Park. The fair has taken place every year since 1886 except for varying periods during World War I and World War II as well as 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It usually begins the last Friday in September and ends 24 days later. The fair claims an annual attendance of over two million visitors through ticket scanning. The State Fair of Texas is considered one of the best in America as well as Dallas' signature event.
