About this Event
Details
We are featuring a keynote from , the renowned pitch coach.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The evening kicks off with an open mixer. Then, we delve into a pitch session. Witness startups present their ideas to a panel of judges and participate in collaborative pitch reviews.
Idea-stage founders are more than welcome!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Open Mixer (6:00 pm - 7:00 pm):
- Enjoy beer and wine to kick things off.
Keynote (7:15 pm - 8:00 pm):
NOTE: Nathan kindly agreed that he will stay after his keynote (7:15 PM - 8:00 PM) to review your pitches (8:00 PM - 9:00 PM). In this time slot, we won't be able to host 10-12 founders as we usually do. We'll try to fit in as many pitches as we can within that 60-minute window because we hate the thought that some of you might miss the chance to be advised by a real pitch expert.
Be prepared that we may need some preliminary sorting beforehand. Those who registered on this Discord and addressed all items in https://discord.com/channels/1277437269774434414/1277437269774434417/1291514557512159365 will have an advantage.
However, rest assured that we'll do our best to let all of you speak in front of Nathan.
Pitch Session (8:00 pm - 9:00 pm):
- Startups volunteer to take the stage to deliver 2-min pitch their pitches in front of a panel of judges with VC / Angel investments experiences.

"Amazing event, it has the quality of an event that would be put on by a business school once or twice a year, and this one happens once a month. Each judge showed a lot of care into the advice they gave on people's pitches."
-Mark J. of Bravestapes.love
"Many thanks to Hacker Dojo for the opportunity to pitch my startup, aMUZE, at their pitching event! The experience was incredibly enlightening, and the feedback received was profoundly instrumental in honing my presentation skills and business direction. The judges were not only insightful but also constructively critical, asking pointed questions that prompted further refinement of our pitch. Thank you for this invaluable opportunity!" -
Diamantis Argyris Co-founder aMUZE
“The hacker Dojo is a very inclusive and inviting space for developers looking to explore their ideas in a safe space with very strong minds. There’s even a space for rust developers, which makes me happy 😁 SVET invited me to come pitch my project and I received invaluable advice from amazing judges from a wide array of industry’s with critical feedback !!”
- Dylan Kawalec, CTO and Solutions Architect of Invo Technologies Inc.
"One of the most interesting pitch events I attended was at the Hacker Dojo meet and pitch. Seeing the variety of ideas get showcased then refined and organized by the judges feedback was crucial. Not just with their help understanding where my weaknesses are and how my idea stacks up vs other ideas but with everyone's input and support. It was incredible to see the community come together to help everyone streamline their ideas and just listen to some of the great future innovators. Couldn't have been done without SVET. Thanks again!"
