Certification/Licensure

Must have a valid CDL B with Passenger, Air Brake and School Bus endorsements

Successful completion of pre-employment and random drug testing

Successful completion of pre-employment physical and TB testing with result clearance

Annual physical examination with result clearance

Must successfully complete abbreviated Bus Driver Training Program provided by Fulton County Schools Transportation Department

Experience Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years driving experience required; Exemplary driving record classified as no more than 2 moving violations in current 7 year driving history

**Bus Driver (In Training)

(If you do not have your Commercial Permit B with required endorsements, you will earn while you learn by attending study boot camp. We are the first to offer state of the art training on a bus simulator!)

Certification/Licensure

Must have or be able to obtain a Commercial Permit B with Passenger and Air Brake and School Bus endorsements;

Successful completion of pre-employment and random drug testing

Successful completion of pre-employment physical and TB testing with result clearance

Annual physical examination with result clearance

Must successfully complete Bus Driver Training Program provided by Fulton County Schools Transportation Department and obtain CDL B and required endorsements within three (3) test attempts to continue employment with the FCBOE

Experience Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years driving experience required; Exemplary driving record classified as no more than 2 moving violations in current 7 year driving history

Certification/Licensure

Must successfully complete School Bus Aide training and other mandated training as required by student needMust successfully complete a pre-employment physicalHave or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification preferred

Experience Qualifications

None required; Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred

Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background check and completing the onboarding process.
