In this workshop, we will focus on opening the front body, including the hip flexors, chest, and diaphragm, and releasing tension stored in the deepest layers of ourselves.
Backbends help us expand, lift energy upward, and let go of what weighs on the heart. Twists support this process by purifying the body, clearing blockages, and restoring the natural flow of energy along the spine.
When we combine backbends and twists, we create a powerful synergy:
