The iconic songs that shaped a generation including "Hotel California", "Take It Easy", and "New Kid In Town" serve as a backdrop to one of the most turbulent tales in rock history. From their humble beginnings as Linda Ronstadt's back-up band to becoming one of the best-selling bands of all time, the road to the top was filled with drugs, parties, jet planes, groupies and gold record after gold record. Until one day it all exploded. But like the best rock and roll stories, what seemed like the end was merely an intermission.
