Starry Noche Bottle Release

Starry Noche: Starry Noche is back––bolder and more decadent than ever. This barrel-aged imperial stout has evolved from a fun anniversary release in 2020 to a cult classic and one of our most sought-after beers. Our 2026 blend was aged in seven-year Weller Bourbon, 10-year Buffalo Trace Bourbon, nine-year Stagg Jr. Bourbon, eight-year Willett Bourbon and 15-year Old Fitzgerald Bourbon barrels, then finished on copious amounts of toasted coconut flakes, unsweetened raw coconut chips and toasted hazelnuts. Intense coconut dominates the nose, followed by sweet oak and toasted bourbon. Rich flavors of German chocolate cake and roasted nuts then flow into a sweet hazelnut bourbon-cream finish with lingering, complex wood character.

If you are unable to pick up bottles during the pickup window (3/13 - 3/29), please do not buy tickets, we will be holding to this window so please mark your calendars appropriately. Tickets will go on sale promptly at 10:00 AM MST on Saturday, March 7th. Be sure to read all of the details below before purchasing tickets!

Ticket Details

• Individuals must be 21 or older to purchase tickets, as verified by a valid photo ID at the time of ticket exchange.
• Proxies picking up orders for others are allowed for this release and must be 21 or older. Proxies DO NOT NEED to be listed or named in advance, but they must present the original purchaser's Eventbrite tickets (printed or digital) when picking up orders.
• Tickets (either printed or digital) must be presented to exchange for bottles in person during taproom hours.
• All Eventbrite sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you are unable to claim your bottles, they will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee.
