Like constellations aligning, each chakra begins to glow-clear, balanced, and restored. As celestial tones ripple through space, the body drifts into deep harmony, the mind softens into quiet wonder, and the soul remembers its place in the vast rhythm of the universe. A journey of light, alignment, and cosmic return.

Enjoy a beautiful serene space under a northern lights projector. Space is limited. Beginner friendly. Adaptations will be provided. Come as you are and leave feeling rejuvenated. The practice will help you unwind and get ready for bed. We will have light snacks and tea. We will end with a gentle sound bath to prepare you to sleep.
