Premier Format, Best-of-Three Matches.
Each player will get a Lady Proxima Promo card as a participation promo, as well as a booster pack.
Top 8, Top 4, Finalist, and Champion Unrefusable Offer promos will go out as appropriate.
Rounds will be based on attendance.
