Chakra Session 2: The Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana)

Chakras are invisible energy centers that govern the life force/prana/vital energy in our bodies and are influenced by our emotional mental and physical well-being. Come join us for this 8 session series as we dive into and explore the 7 main Chakras and provide an overview of additional Chakras!

Each session includes handouts of specific Chakra with detailed information a fun quiz mudra activity reflection questions foods to nourish crystals to unblock essential oils to balance positive affirmations to heal action steps and a brief meditation. Join us for 1 session or all 8! Sessions are on Saturdays from 6-7pm and are $20 per session. 

Session 2

The Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana) is the 2nd Chakra in the energy body orange in color and located in the lower abdomen. This chakra is about regulating emotions pleasure creativity sensuality fertility and sexuality. It’s a connection to the energy of the divine feminine. Come join us as we explore and learn all about this 2nd Chakra!
