Stapelstein® x Within | Postpartum training: Move, recover, connect

What to expect

After birth, it’s not always clear what’s safe or right for your body. Led by a women’s health and pelvic floor

physiotherapist, this session provides fun, effective movement and clear guidance in a supportive space.

We’ll use Stapelstein® elements for playful, functional movement, and you’re invited to stay afterward for a

relaxed hangout with other moms while the little ones enjoy a mini playdate.

Who it’s for

For women 2+ months postpartum (no upper limit) who want to:

• Recover safely and effectively after birth
• Reconnect with your core and pelvic floor
• Feel more confident moving again
• Learn simple, practical movements you can integrate into daily life
• Meet and connect with other mothers

No previous exercise experience needed.

Little ones welcome

Babies and toddlers are welcome. A kid-friendly space and play area (including toys) will be available during and after the session.
This session is designed for general postpartum recovery. Please check with your healthcare provider before joining if you have any medical conditions, complications, or concerns about movement.
Please try to arrive 15 minutes before the event, i.e. at 9:45, so that the course can start on time and you can arrive calmly.
