Looking for a flat and fast 10, 20, 30, 40, 50km, or more, run? Come out for the 2nd annual CFA Stanley Park Seaside Odyssey.
Each loop will be 10km following the paved Stanley Park Seawall, with a simple CFA-style aid station at the starting/finishing location (water and snacks). Run as many loops as fast or as slow as you like – run 1 loop or 10, it’s up to you. You can park at the start (pay parking) to access your vehicle on each round or leave your drop bag with the event host to access on each round.

The aid station will either be at the parking lot (my vehicle) or if weather is nice, at a nearby picnic table.
We’ll have live tracking via RunGo, so we can see where everyone is and know when to expect them to finish/go through the aid station.
There are numerous washroom facilities in the park, including right by the start/finish. There is also a concession at the start/finish (and elsewhere), but opening hours are weather dependent. The washrooms at Lumberman’s Arch at ~the halfway point (5.3k) are right on the seawall. Denman Street has many restaurants and food options, ~2 city blocks off the route.
Event host will stay up to 3PM if people are still running. After that, you are responsible for your own aid. There is no parking in Stanley Park from 11PM to 6AM.
When you are done, stay and cheer on others. You can also join later and choose your own start time - please let the event host know if you are coming later.
