We have numerous applications now open for this year's Spring festival in the Overberg village of Stanford, Stanford in Bloom.
🫶Vendor Applications: From gifting to goodies, find the tented STANFORD IN BLOOM MARKET on the Village Green along with fab food and drinks vendors.
This category is open to individuals and businesses offering handcrafted, artisanal, or curated items —
including home décor, locally made crafts, jewellery, wellness products, stationery, candles, textiles, pre-packaged food items, and plants or garden-related goods.

We are seeking passionate individuals, artists, makers, educators, and organisations to host engaging, hands-on workshops that reflect the spirit of this celebration.
Whether your focus is gardening, arts and crafts, sustainability, wellness, or something uniquely creative, we invite you to share your skills and inspire our community. Workshop proposals should offer engaging,
hands-on experiences or informative sessions that add genuine value to attendees.

🫶Show Gardens Application: Stanford in Bloom welcomes landscapers, garden designers, community groups, and garden enthusiasts to display their show gardens on our Village Green during Stanford in Bloom 2026. This display offers an opportunity to highlight talent, promote green living, and inspire the public with unique living installations. Awards for outstanding show gardens will be presented by celebrity judges. The prize for Best Overall Garden is a stay at Grootbos Private Nature Reserve.

🫶 Business & Open Gardens: Participants are encouraged to decorate their shopfront or premises to celebrate the festival theme — Force of Nature. A special award will be presented for the most outstanding and original display. Applications are also open for those wanting to participate in Open Gardens during Stanford in Bloom.
