Headliner Matthew Ternus has performed throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, and beyond, taking his comedy from breweries and coffee houses to comedy clubs, theaters, and festivals. A Top 10 finalist in the 2026 Acme Comedy Company’s Funniest Person Contest and performer at the Orlando Comedy Festival, Matthew brings a storytelling-driven style to the stage, finding humor in relationships, growing up in the Midwest, and the everyday situations that probably shouldn't be as complicated as they are. He was also voted Platinum Winner for Entertainer in CommunityVotes Grand Forks three consecutive years from 2024–2026.
Opening the show is Caleb Eilts, a Midwest comic known for his slow-burn, deadpan delivery and carefully crafted punchlines. Influenced by comedians like Nate Bargatze and trained at The Second City, Caleb combines calm confidence with just enough awkward charm to keep audiences guessing where the joke is headed.
Hosting the evening is Roosevelt "Rozaay" Butler, a comedian, event host, podcaster, and familiar voice in the Grand Forks community. From hosting events like Liv Grand and Pork & Brew to his podcast Digital Dad Diaries, Roosevelt brings warmth, wit, storytelling, and an unmistakable energy to the mic.
Grab a beer, grab a seat, and spend your Thursday night with some of Grand Forks' homegrown comedy talent at Half Brothers Brewing Company.
