Tingler, President of the Cameron Preservation Alliance- Sabine Pass Lighthouse Inc., will present the fascinating history of the Sabine Pass Lighthouse, one of the last historic lighthouses remaining in coastal Louisiana.
Abandoned in the 1950s, the lighthouse has suffered damage from hurricanes and natural decay. Through the extraordinary effort of the Cameron Preservation Alliance, work has begun to preserve this important cultural landmark through advocacy and fundraising.
