About this Event
Learn how to find balance in your body and in your life with the Feldenkrais Method; aimed at those that face challenges in their posture and balance. This event is part of the International Feldenkrais Week.
This two-hour workshop offers a hands-on introduction to the , open to anyone who does a lot of standing as part of their work, or simply would like to improve mobility.
This session will consist of (ATM) group classes, either lying on the floor or seated. During the workshop, you will have the opportunity for a 20-minute one-to-one (FI) lesson to address any specific issues. There are three slots available.
The workshop will be taught by Matthias Wurz, who offers ATM classes and FI lessons in the West Midlands. Matthias is a musician and a fully qualified Feldenkrais practitioner. He is a registered member of the Feldenkrais Guild UK.
