Come join a Standing Acrobatics workshop!
Lauren and Safire are excited to be collaborating on this 'Standing Acrobatics' workshop in Brighton! This is something we have been training together and we have a wealth of tricks to share.
Saturday April 26th 2-4.30pm at the Brighton Ki centre
The workshop will feature a warm-up, some handstands, partner exercises, standing tricks and transitions, and a cool down. Working in teams of 3, rotating, as base, flyer and spotter - you can sign up as an individual and we will make groups on the day.

PRE-REQUISITE
You will benefit the most from this workshop if you're able to hold a two high as base OR flyer without a spotter. This workshop is not pitched at Brand new Acroyogis, so please only sign up if you already have some experience of standing acro. If in doubt please message us.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS:
Lauren is a playful teacher, who is keen to share her love for AcroYoga. She is also a RYT300 Yoga teacher, who has taught Yoga in the UK & India. She currently teaches weekly yoga and AcroYoga classes in Brighton, workshops in the UK and Europe, and updates her experience at Acrobatic conventions.
Safire Hikari is a dancer and circus performer with over ten years of professional experience. They also are a sought after teacher of various movement forms and theatre throughout Europe. They studied circus, dance and performance in Greentop in Sheffield, and acrobatics in Polinchinelo Acrobatic School in Liverpool.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 7 or more days prior to the start of the event will be issued a refund less an administrative fee of £5.
No refunds, and no credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date but you can transfer your spot to a friend.
No refunds or credits for failure to complete the workshop. If we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer a refund and/or reschedule.
