High-Parameter Cytometry and Tissue Imaging Using Metal-Tagged Antibodies
High-parameter cytometry and tissue imaging using metal-tagged antibodies eliminates laborious and time-consuming experiments to develop robust, high-resolution antibody panels. This seminar will introduce basic, translational and clinical researchers to available metal-tagged cytometry (CyTOF™ technology) and potential tissue imaging capabilities available at the Georgia Cancer Center at Augusta University.
Objectives:
• Introduce ease of executing high-parameter antibody panel staining
• Outline workflows for samples
• Discuss products that solve clinical sample handling
• Highlight relevant research and post-transcriptomics spatial imaging
