Stand up Paddle (SUP) Yoga with Kind Yoga

Challenge your balance and connect with nature in the beauty of the Outer Banks with stand up paddle (SUP) yoga on the calm waters of the Sound. Secret locations will be announced after you sign up.

Enjoy a peaceful and playful all levels gentle vinyasa flow.

This class is available to all levels and no paddle boarding experience required.

Itinerary

10 minutes prior to start time - Arrive at launch point and let your board choose you

10 minutes - Safety instruction and equipment set up, paddle to the yoga pad

60 minutes - Yoga Flow on the paddle board

5-10 minutes - Paddle on your own about and back to shore

Please be on time, we will start promptly.

What’s Included

All paddle equipment and personal floatation devices (PFD will be provided). A short lesson to get on and off your board in the water.

What to Bring

Bring a water bottle and towel, a hat or sunglasses with a secure strap are recommended. Be prepared to get wet and go with the flow!

Weather

Wind and inclement weather may impact the class. In the event our experts decide to cancel due to weather, we will make every effort to notify you two hours before departure and help you schedule a future class, receive a credit or refund.
