Kick off your 47th Annual Lone Star Stampede 5K, 10K and Kids' 1K prep with a high-energy morning of movement, community, and celebration! Join the Texas Exes Houston Chapter, (powered by ), and for a special combined event: a 5K/10K training run plus the official launch of EMANH’s newest athleisure collection featuring a complimentary pilates in the park class and free coffee!

Whether you’re gearing up for race day or just want to get active with fellow fitness lovers, this event brings together runners, wellness enthusiasts, and Houston’s athleisure community in one exciting morning.

Choose between a 5K or 10K route - perfect for Lone Star Stampede training or a solid weekend run. If running isn't really your thing or you'd like to get two workouts in, we'll also have a complimentary pilates class. We'll also have freebies and giveaways for attendees!
