Stampede Shave for the Brave

The Stampede Shave, in partnership with Calgary Stampede, is returning for a 4th powerful year. On July 2, 13 iconic Calgarians will walk into the Petroleum Club and get the most powerful haircut of their lives.
Shave for the Brave is Young Adult Cancer Canada's largest and longest-running fundraising movement, more than 20 years strong. Shavers across the country shave their heads (or cut 12+
inches of hair) in solidarity with young adults who lose theirs to cancer treatment.
Every year, thousands of Canadians between 18 and 39 are diagnosed with cancer at the exact moment their lives are supposed to be taking off. YACC exists so none of them navigate that alone through peer support, retreats, survivorship resources, and a national community that shows up when it matters most.
