Price will include the crop room opening at 10am Friday and closing Sunday at 4:00pm, Friday and Saturday night at the hotel, gifts for attending, free parking and free breakfast Saturday and Sunday, appetizers at the hotel Friday and Saturday night and more!

2 croppers per room $310

Your non-refundable deposit of $50 holds your spot. This event will sell out quickly, so do not hesitate. Limited to 50 people.
You can zelle to 239-851-6654 or Venmo @beth-beller. I can take a credit card, but a 3.5% charge will be added.
You are welcome to add Thursday night or Sunday night on for an additional $215, but that must go through me in order to get the group rate!
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before registering:
Deposit
A $50 deposit is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another event.
Cancellations 31+ Days Before the Event:
You will receive a full refund of any payments made minus the $50 nonrefundable deposit.
Cancellations 15–30 Days Before the Event:
You will receive a 50% refund of your total payment.
Cancellations 14 Days or Less Before the Event:
No refunds will be given. This is due to our obligation to the hotel and/or convention center, as we have already paid per person who has confirmed attendance.
Registration Transfers:
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to someone you know who would like to attend in your place.
Please notify us in writing (email or message) if you plan to transfer your spot, so we can update our attendee list and materials.
No-Show Policy:
Registrants who do not attend the event without prior written cancellation are considered no-shows and are not eligible for any refund or credit.
Acknowledgment of Policy:
