Mark your calendars for ChillOut Carnival Day on Sunday, March 9th, 2025, during the Labour Day long weekend. We’re expecting this year’s festival to be as vibrant and lively as ever, with over 27,000 attendees anticipated across the event. Carnival Day alone draws a crowd of around 3,500 excited festival-goers.
Important Information for Stallholders:
Public Liability Insurance: All stalls must provide a certificate of currency for public liability insurance.
Food Vans: If you’re booking a food van/stall, please upload the following items during registration:
-Registration of Food Premises
-Streatrader Registration
-An Image of the Food Van/Stall
Please ensure your stall payment is completed at the end of the registration process.
