Stalin’s Darkside is back, and we’re celebrating the only way we know how: with a can’t-miss release party and a full brunch buffet.

Join us on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Evil Czech Brewery for the annual Stalin’s Darkside Release Party. Your ticket includes event entry + brunch buffet.

Doors open at 11:00 am
Tickets: $25 (includes entry + brunch buffet)

This release is more than a beer drop. It’s our toast to freedom, and a celebration of the liberation of the Czech people from Joseph Stalin’s rule. Our brewery was founded by an owner who experienced life under that regime firsthand, which makes the freedom we enjoy today even more meaningful. Each year, we raise a glass to resilience, community, and the brighter future that follows oppression.

Vince, our Head Brewer, will be on-site to talk about the beers, share behind-the-scenes insight, and answer questions throughout the event.

A selection of featured pours will be available at the bar, including:

• Stalin’s Darkside Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout – medium mouthfeel with bourbon barrel, roasted malt, coffee and chocolate notes (aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels)
• Stalin: Chocolate Raspberry – raspberry-forward aroma and flavor, slightly sweet with a mellow chocolate finish
• Stalin: S’mores – Darkside character with marshmallow and graham cracker flavors and a chocolate finish
• John the One Eye (Belgian-Style Dubbel) – rich brandy aroma with a touch of sweetness, notes of raisin, finishing clean, balanced, and dry
• Three-6-Hoppia – strawberry and papaya-filled aroma followed by a bold body swirling with tropical hops

• Smoked Ribs with Stalin BBQ sauce (slightly acidic and sweet with hints of subtle bitterness)
• Smoked Brisket (Texas-style, slow-smoked beef with a deep smoky flavor)
• Pepper Crusted Steak with dijon and herb roasted potatoes, finished with Stalin steak sauce
• Death By Chocolate Cake layered with dark chocolate mousse and a hint of roasted coffee, finished with chocolate drizzle and raspberry compote
• S’mores Cheesecake with graham cracker crust, chocolate ganache, and gooey marshmallows
