Profitons de l'obscurité ambiante pour plonger dans nos ombres, pour les mettre en lumière et se réapproprier ces parts que l’on a si souvent réprimé et caché alors qu’elles font partie de notre humanité, de notre entièreté, de notre intégrité et de notre authenticité...
Danser, jouer et ressentir ces parts obscures de nos personnalités a un effet très libérateur et nous permettra de nous rassembler en nous-même, de réintégrer ces parts pour accéder à plus de liberté d’Être.
Cela nous ouvrira à plus de compassion envers nous-même et notre entourage.

Let’s take advantage of the surrounding darkness to dive into our shadows, to bring them to light and reclaim those parts that we have so often repressed and hidden, even though they are part of our humanity, our wholeness, our integrity, and our authenticity...
Dancing, playing, and feeling these dark parts of our personalities has a very liberating effect and will allow us to gather ourselves, to reintegrate these parts in order to access greater freedom of Being.

This will open us up to more compassion for ourselves and our surroundings.
