Les Mills Dance Fitness - Feel the beat, work your body, lift your heart rate and boost endurance. A 45 minute workout created to challenge and uplift you! All levels can take part - do as much or as little as you like.

Time for a chat with colleagues after, then we head into .... a 45 min Restorative Yoga stretch out from 6.30pm, to calm the body down, and give you the perfect nights sleep :)
