For Ages 6-12: Learn Kim’s movement puzzles and stability games tailored to help kids living with hypermobility. These highly successful corrective exercises are especially tailored for kids' growing bodies to help stimulate the core and foster active posture control, reduce pain, repeated injuries and increase comfort with play and support physical activity up through puberty. The class will begin with time for questions and complimentary access to a pdf file of the exercises for reference! PARENT/CAREGIVER MUST ATTEND WITH THE CHILD.
