We’re super excited to announce the Frog Cycling Beach Ride happening in the beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida, from February 28th to March 2nd, 2025! 🌴☀️
🎉 Here’s What We’ve Got Planned:
🦐 Friday, February 28TH
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Kick off with a mouthwatering Fish Fry at Maximo Park. Fresh, tasty, and perfect to fuel up!
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Time to ride! Join us for an easy-breezy evening ride from Maximo Park to Downtown St. Pete. We’ll take the scenic routes and hidden trails—perfect for soaking in that Florida sunset. 🌅 Afterward, the night’s yours to explore St. Pete’s vibrant nightlife with your fellow Frog Cyclists!
🚴♂️ Saturday, March 1st
7:30 AM: Rise and shine! We’re meeting at Maximo Park with a local cycling club for an epic ride to Fort De Soto Beach. We’ll snack, regroup, and then cruise back to Maximo for some well-deserved chill time.
After the Ride: BBQ time! Back at Maximo Park, we’ll fire up the grills and keep the good vibes rolling.
Evening: Let’s hit up a local spot in Downtown St. Pete for dinner and some laid-back fellowship. Good food, great company—what more could you ask for?
🌅 Sunday, March 2nd
Morning: Take it slow with a peaceful Sunrise Ride along the beach and through Downtown St. Pete. We’ll cap it off with a final breakfast together at a spot that’ll be announced soon. The perfect end to a perfect weekend!
💰 Cost: Just $50 per person! That covers the fish fry, BBQ, ride snacks, Gatorade, and SAG support. Plus, we’ve got 22 spots for secure bike transport—first come, first served, so don’t wait!
🏠 Accommodations: You’re on your own for lodging, but we recommend teaming up for an Airbnb on the north or south side of St. Pete. Carpooling’s a win-win!
