This monthly sound bath at Vera Fitness is designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and cognitive reset through the application of therapeutic sound frequencies.
Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and tonal instruments, the session works with principles of brainwave entrainment (a process where the brain begins to synchronize with external rhythmic frequencies.) This can help guide the body out of a heightened stress response (sympathetic state) and into a more restorative, parasympathetic state.
As the nervous system settles, many people experience reduced mental chatter, physical relaxation, and an increased sense of clarity and balance. These sessions are intended to support the body’s natural ability to recover, regulate, and restore.
Each experience includes a brief grounding and orientation, a guided sound immersion, and time for integration.
No experience is required. Come as you are and we'll take care of you!
