Denver’s own Float Like a Buffalo brings an explosive, horn-driven sound that fuses rock grit, deep-pocket funk, and soulful grooves into one unforgettable live experience. Formed in 2014, Float Like a Buffalo has become a staple of the Colorado music scene and beyond, lighting up stages at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, The Gothic Theatre, The Bluebird Theater, and Dillon Amphitheater, where they recently opened for jam-funk favorites Lotus. They’ve also made multiple appearances at Summer Camp Music Festival, proving they’re built for both big stages and packed dance floors.

The band has shared bills with an impressive mix of legends and modern heavy-hitters, including Sting, WAR, The Motet, Turkuaz, Pepper, Big Sam’s Funky Nation, Dragon Smoke, and more. With acclaimed releases Back From Nowhere and Day Late, Dollar Short, plus a recent collaboration with the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra, Float Like a Buffalo continues to push boundaries while keeping the groove front and center.
