St. Patrick's Day Sound Bath

Recharge and realign yourself in an immersive sound bath on St. Patrick's Day Monday, March 17th at 7:00pm. A holiday that represents faith, divine protection, and transformation (not just parades, leprechauns, and wearing green lol).

This event will combine elements of mindfulness meditation, a rejuvenating sound bath, and conversations with like-minded individuals.

Whether you are new to sound baths or well seasoned, this event is perfect for anyone looking for connection and a sober option for St. Patrick's Day.

Suggested items to bring are a yoga mat, pillow/ blanket for comfort, water, and wearing comfy clothing to help deepen relaxation.

There's meter parking available in front of the building
