Registration includes:
Awesome ruck patch and full breakfast with our friends at Bethany Beach Ocean Suites on the boardwalk. We will be raffling off GREAT Raffle Prizes that include: One night free luxury accommodations, Sarge merch, LifeMed Institute goodies, LuLuLemon, East of Maui and a surprise from Bethany Billards!

The Ruck: What to wear, what to bring, what to expect:
We’ll kick things off with a ruck-specific warm-up, then hit the beach with:
• Sand ruck carries
• Total-body strength work
• Cardio, grit, and fresh ocean air
Everything is scaled — first-timers welcome, seasoned ruckers will still get smoked (in a good way).
