Join us on Monday, March 17th at 6pm for an unforgettable evening of Irish-inspired culinary mastery, crafted by the one-and-only Executive Chef Loren Halprin. We’re pulling out all the stops to bring you a five-course feast paired with exceptional brews and cocktails that’ll have you feeling the luck of the Irish!
Kick things off with our First Course: Drunken Mussels swimming in a whiskey-kissed broth of garlic, shallots, tomatoes, and herbs, served with crusty potato bread to soak up every drop. Paired with a Bloody Derby — a bold rye whiskey twist on our house-made bloody mary — this opener will have you raising a glass to the Emerald Isle.
For the Second Course, savor a golden Boxty, a traditional Irish potato pancake topped with house-smoked salmon, a dollop of crème fraîche, and a sprinkle of chives. Sip alongside a crisp, dry Chardonnay from Fenn Valley, and let the flavors dance a jig on your palate.
The Third Course brings a St. Patty’s classic: Corned Beef & Cabbage, elevated with tender new potatoes, sweet pearl onions, and carrots. Paired with The Old Miner, a robust 6% British ESB ale, this dish is hearty, soul-warming, and oh-so-satisfying.
Next up, the Fourth Course delivers a Shepherd’s Pie that’s pure comfort in a bowl — succulent Vestergaard lamb, rich gravy, peas, and carrots, all crowned with whipped potatoes.
