ST. PADDY'S DAY .5K [ 2026 ]

ellensburg's biggest event since 1976 is back again: THE ST. PADDY'S DAY .5K fundraiser for our local FISH Food Bank. never been? imagine a regular 5k, but shorter. now imagine everyone decked out in St. Patrick's Day gear and holding a beer - that'll get you a pretty good idea of what it's all about. wearing kelly green everything is highly encouraged.

this year Shirtworks of Ellensburg is donating .5k T-shirts to the first 200 people to purchase a ticket so don't delay snagging your tix.

thanks to all of our local sponsors and the cousins at Iron Horse Brewery, all of the hard-earned cash you spend on your ticket will go to FISH Food Bank. last year, with your help, we raised $7,777 for FISH. this year the goal is to raise $11,111.

“For the past 50 years, Friends in Service to Humanity (FISH) has been the resource for food and help to anyone in Kittitas County who is hungry and in need of a friend. Since 1971, FISH has been a collaboration of available resources to assure no one in Kittitas County goes to bed hungry and anyone has the opportunity to improve their quality of life.”

anyone attending must have a ticket to visit [ the TAP ROOM ] on race day. this is a family-friendly event and kids 12 and under are free. You must have a ticket to get a free t-shirt which will be available in XS-4XL.

if you do not want a shirt please purchase a "Ticket with No T-shirt." In addition, each ticket comes with 1 reusable metal cup, 2 drink tickets, and you will be entered to win Iron Horse Brewery swag.
