St. Luke’s Legacy Event

On the occasion of 50 years since seminal Rector, George O'Pray retired, we are ponder the question: what does nearly 200 years of life together look like?
On Saturday, October 17, join us for a special St. Luke’s Legacy Event celebrating the people, stories, ministries, and moments that have shaped our parish since 1834.
Explore a historical timeline, photographs and documents, parish registers, handmade kneelers, Bell Tower artifacts, and other treasures from St. Luke’s past. Special displays will tell stories of Georgia Pray, the Columbarium, Thrift Shop, women’s ministries, former rectors, our changing buildings, and generations of parishioners who have made St. Luke’s what it is today.
You can also become part of the history! Stop by our Oral History Booth to record your own memories of St. Luke’s—the people you remember, stories worth preserving, or moments that shaped your life and faith.
If St. Luke’s is part of your story, then your story is part of St. Luke’s history.
Come discover the legacy we have inherited—and help us preserve it for the generations still to come.
