This is a second duplicate invite, as the first one was accidentally set to the Newcastle Ladies Foodies group only.
The next event I’m hosting is a lunch at St Lucia. It’s a little while away, Saturday, August 29th,but I wanted to get the invite out early so you can save the date. 💗
St Lucia only opened in May, and I went there a couple of weeks ago, the food, vibe, and cocktails were amazing. I’ve been chatting with the event manager, and we’ve organised a few special extras just for us. I can’t wait for you all to try it if you haven’t already.

📍Address: Unit 1, 11 Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle NSW
There will be a set menu with a surprise treat at the end and a spoon pop cocktail on arrival.
$69 SABOR set menu:
Course 1
Guacamole – St Lucia Chip De Maíz, Limón (GF, V, VG)
Pacific Oysters – Piña Picante (GF)
Prawn Tostada – Chile Crema, Cucumber, Salsa Macha, Lime (A, GF)
Course 2
Corn Ribs – Sweet Corn, Chipotle Salt, Cotija, Chile Crema (GF, V, VG)
Asado Lamb Skewer – Salsa Macha, Puerro Negro, Salsa Picante (GF)
Course 3
Half Chicken – Puerro Negro, Fennel, Morita Pumpkin, Chile de Arbol (GF)
Ensalada de La Casa (GF, V, VG)
Dietary Requirements:
Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements, the menu can be adjusted if needed.
Drinks:
Everyone can purchase their own drinks on the day.

🍹 After‑Party
Everyone is welcome to stay for drinks afterwards!
I’ve booked the inside/outside space with heaters, they’ll have DJs playing throughout the day, and we can stay in this area for as long as we like. Partners are welcome to join us afterwards too. 💗
